Sold a crappy car, gearbox was faulty when we went to have it inspected, it was 400€ plus taxes and the rack was crappy, you should be careful

During the weekend, the car was towed to the yard and the investigation of its fault was communicated and my own messages were answered in an exemplary manner. I have not encountered a similar interaction elsewhere. It eases the customer's stress when they don't have to wait in suspense and call for their car.

Communication was only via email and the matter did not progress at all. The car needed an engine replaced and the shop said that it had to be ordered from somewhere and delivered to them. Fortunately, the shop managed to get the engine replaced through another repair shop and received good customer service.

Please, the work is still in progress so four for this slot, you can go up to 5 stars, let's see how it goes, repairs are in the so-called phase, I need to go to the repair shop again... The response-commenting sensitivity here on Maps is lightning fast!!!!
